The FX613Q is a full-high, 3/4 length, PCI Express Add-In Card featuring the powerful and efficient Xilinx Virtex UltraScale+ VU13P FPGA. FX613Q is compatible with Xilinx U250 card. Front IO with 2x QSFP28 sockets, each supporting one 100GbE or four 25GbE or four 10GbE interfaces. Four 72 DDR4-2400 ECC memory banks each provide 8GB(optional up to 16GB) of onboard DDR4-2400 memory (72 bits wide). System monitoring of temperature, voltage, and current gives developers accurate feedback of power utilization for their designs. This card comes with full-height dual slot front brackets and with optional active heatsink or passive heatsink systems.
